Obituary

On Monday, September 21, 2020, Lisa Marie Moffett, loving wife and mother of three, passed away at the age of 60. Lisa was born and raised in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, but became a California native 22 years ago.



Lisa worked in the non-profit industry for many years as a fundraising campaign manager for several faith-based organizations. Her happiest days were spent with her family cooking unforgettable meals and creating wonderful, laughter-filled memories. Lisa had a passion for cooking, writing, her faith, playing hostess to her family and friends, and being a grandma.



Lisa was preceded in death by her father and mother, John and Anna Ostrosky, and her sister Gwynne Ostrosky. She is survived by her husband Robert, her three children; Ryer (Jennifer) Flaker, Justin Flaker, and Allison (Jeffrey) Derr, her grandchildren; Olivia & Lily Flaker and Miles & June Derr, and her sister Kimberly (Dennis) Hill.



A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020 at Daybreak Church, 6515 Ambrosia Lane in Carlsbad at 11 o’clock in the morning with a reception following.
