Manuel Z. “Manny”/ “Boy” Ambrosio was born in Pasig City, Philippines, on January 24, 1946. He joined our Creator on March 3, 2020, at age 74. He is predeceased by his grandson Charles Michael G. Ambrosio. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Josefina C. Ambrosio, daughter Michelle A. Esgana, son Michael C. Ambrosio, daughter Janice A. Diaz, son Jericho C. Ambrosio, children-in-law, eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.

Manuel graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration major in Accounting from University of the East, Philippines in 1967. He married his beloved wife Josefina in 1974 at the Immaculate Conception Cathedral in Pasig, Philippines, and was blessed with 4 children that he adored so dearly.

Manuel worked in a banking industry for more than 30 years, and his last job at his profession was a Comptroller at a manufacturing company in the Philippines. He retired but became active again as a Philippine Government District Councilor for 7 years. He also travelled and worked in Saudi Arabia, Saipan, and US.

Manuel joined the Maryhurst Seminary in Baguio City, Philippines in the 60’s. Being a priest was not his calling, but he managed to be a devout Catholic and a great example to many. He was a choir member of St. Martha Catholic Parish and was a Lector/Commentator at Pasig Cathedral Parish. He joined the Knights of Columbus in 1994 and was a 4th degree member of Council 3162 San Luis Rey de Francia. He was devoted to the order with over 26 years of service by living his life through the models of Charity, Unity, Fraternity & Patriotism.
