Obituary Written and submitted by family:
Teel Doty Whitton IV
11/30/1985 - 12/09/2019
Teel was born in La Mesa, Ca but lived and grew up in various parts of Southern California where he stayed for most of his life. He loved San Diego so much he had planned move back one day. Growing up all Teel wanted was to play any sport. Anything that had a ball in it, he was all about it, and good at any sport he touched, but he excelled at baseball. Even at age 3 he was already throwing, catching, and hitting a baseball off the tee. So naturally he was signed up for T-ball and never looked back. Teel went to Chaparral High School in Temecula and played Varsity baseball there, he graduated in 2004. He continued to play baseball at Mount San Jacinto College and earned his Associates Degree.
Teel then met Nastasha and from that moment on she became his purpose. Teel loved her so much, and she made him the happiest and most proudest of men. After they married he bought his first home, and their son Carson was on the way. Teel jumped into action by joining the Elevator Union to support this next chapter. Teel loved his trade and was proud to be part of the International Union of Elevator Constructors Local #18. His father Teel, Uncle Jason, Cousin Skylar, and late Grandfather Teel are all a part of the trade and Teel loved that he had that in common with his family and the friends he made along the way.
Teel was more than a stand up guy. He was the best person. Teel did anything and everything for his family. He was so patient, kind, understanding, accepting and funny. He was an amazing husband to Nastasha and father to his children Carson and Alora. They were his motivation and drive to constantly strive to make sure they had everything they needed now and in the future.
Teel is survived by his wife Nastasha, son Carson, daughter Alora, father Teel, mother Christie and sister Candace, as well as many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
